JVC’s KA-790 Studio Sled is a modular adapter that converts a GY-HM790 or GY-HM700 ENG camcorder into a studio camera by mounting to the bottom and allowing direct attachment of an optional viewfinder, teleprompter, and pedestal–without external cabling. The camera can be easily removed via the sled’s hinged side panel for the resumption of ENG shooting.
